HeatTreatmentCongress 2026, exhibition, hall 10.2

Exhibition set-up:
Saturday, 10 October 2026, 7 am – 11 pm
Sunday, 11 October 2026, 7 am – 11 pm
Monday, 12 October 2026, 7 am – 9 pm

Exhibition dismantling:
Thursday, 15 October 2024, 2 pm – 11 pm
Friday, 16 October 2024, 7 am - 5 pm

Due to the large number of events on the fair ground of Koelnmesse, it is not possible to book an earlier set up or an extended dismantling. No exemptions are granted.

Please note, that for all stands a maximum high of 4.5 metres has been specified. For further instructions, please take care of the Technical Guidelines of Cologne trade fair (Koelncongress GmbH). The assembly has to be finished on Monday, 12 October 2026 at 9 pm!

Information on waste disposal for exhibitors

Work identities are required for build up and dismantling in order to gain access to the exhibition grounds and halls. Work identities must be ordered by the respective exhibitor for the commissioned stand construction company.
